Meghan Herning is an ambitious young litigator with experience in Criminal Defense, Immigration and Civil Litigation. Meghan has a unique combination of experience in education, lobbying, entrepreneurship, and activism that makes her well suited to help clients with complex legal issues and come up with global solutions. While in Law School, Meghan interned for the Alameda County Public Defender's Office, The Social Justice Collaborative, and is a graduate of the 1st STEP program where she learned the basics of litigation from motions in limine to closing arguments. Further, Meghan was a Faculty Scholarship recipient and was on the Dean's List. Meghan is bilingual in English and Spanish and fluent in Brazilian Portuguese.
